3 June 1954. About 198m (650ft) southwest of Methodist Chapel.
Male human skull 30 to 35 years of age with artificial cuts dredged from drain by commisioners excavator in blue mud at maximum depth of 1.8m (6ft) below modern surface, found in heap of drainage material dredged out 1954.
