Summary

A probably 18th century one storey flint and brick former coach house with round headed doors set in blank arches that reach to the full height of the building. The entrance gate to the building is topped by large ornamental pineapples. Planning permission for conversion to residential use was granted in the 1990s.

Stable range (belonging to adjoining severely plain late Georgian/early Victorian house). Flint with brick quoins,
round-headed doors set in blank round arches reaching to full height of building, both edged in brick. Entrance gate topped by great pineapples.

National Heritage List for England (S1) dates adjacent house to mid 18th century with 19th century ground floor windows, and states it was a millers house.
Stables range listed separately but no date given, probably also 18th century.

December 1985. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Stable yard entered through rendered brick gate piers with pineapple finials. Pedestrian doorway to right. Stables of brick, carstone and clunch with hipped pantile roof. One storey comprising 6 arches with keystones".
