Summary

In 1850 an Early Saxon cremation, possibly part of a contemporary cemetery, was reportedly found in Threxton. Unfortunately little is known about this find and the exact location of its discovery remains unknown.

(S4) features an attached lithograph of urns produced by J. Barber for Collectania Antiqua (copy in file) but never published.

These are probably the same urns and a piece of Samian recorded as being found in Threxton which is now in Little Cressingham, recorded under NHER 4679.
