Full Description
November 1976. Visited.
R. R.Clarke (NCM) indicated two possible limekilns about here. They may have been connected with the wharf and dock-like feature to south. Since the building of sewage works to west this area has been allowed to become derelict; the bridges are gone and the causeways flooded. The field indicated is overgrown to a height of 1.5m (5 feet) and no traces of any structures can be seen.
E. Rose (NAU), 24 November 1976.
See NHER 13753 for dock; rubbish tip, probably no connection.
