South of Marsh Lane by junction with Ashwellthorpe; field with strip cultivation with separate owners still operating 1947.

Strip field system still evidenced on NAU aerial photography.
1997. Northwest field still has three strips, although five still worked in 1946 (RAF air photo), the western one of around 30m, central three of around 10m and eastern one of around 18m, widths.
The field to the east had strips in 1946 of variable widths, narrowing to the north, now one field.
The southeast field, still has one subdivision as in 1946.
Tithe Map shows details similar to the 1946 aerial photograph.
