Full Description
September 1962. Visit.
Large block of masonry approximately 1.8 x 0.9m (6ft x 3ft) above ground. Flint rubble with possible late medieval bricks.

February 1983.
S. Ashley (NAU) purchased a second hand book and found inside A. P. Bagg's original letter (S2) to owner suggesting the structure was the base of a post mill. Copy (S2) in file.
