Moat (Ordnance Survey card).

5 June 1980.Visit.
West, south and east sides all remain, wet. East side widest - becomes pond at north end - but all arms wide.
North side would be under the farm drive.
Old trees grow from sides of moat.
Footbridge on east has gone and that on south is really a pipe.
House probably basically 18th century.

House is in fact Listed as 17th century (see (S1)), but description, and exterior, do not suggest any archaeological interest.
