Summary

The remains of a medieval stone cross, now much weathered and reduced to its shaft. The cross was moved in the 19th century, but is now back in its original position.

Cross. Formerly stood 'west of church'. In about 1910 is was said to be 'leaning against a house'.

Returned to its original site. Bottom of shaft alone remains, very weathered, square chamfered to round, about 0.5m high.
Stands under village sign.
