Summary

A Neolithic flint axehead was found near Burnham Deepdale church. The axe was polished, then rechipped, leaving only a small area of original surface near the cutting edge.

1 Neolithic part-polished flint axehead, 12.5cm long. Polished, then rechipped, leaving only small area of original surface near cutting edge. See drawing (S1).
