Summary

Two Neolithic flint flakes were recovered from a water main trench here in 1986. A Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age barbed and tanged flint arrowhead was found at roughly the same location in 1992.

Examination of pipe trench for Costessey Heigham Water Transfer Main. Found in trench south of old railway, north of dyke:
2 Neolithic flint flakes. Donated to Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 1998.320.1).
