Summary

An unusual brick lined fishpond, with a brick domed roof, built in the late 18th century for the storage of fish for the nearby manor house (NHER 10547).

The domed structure, suggested to relate to a brick lined fishpond (see above) was not visible on the aerial photographs (for example Google Earth imagery from 2025; S3) or relatively recent (2021) visualised lidar data (S4), consulted by this project.
