Summary

Metal detecting recovered a Late Bronze Age hoard containing one copper alloy socketed palstave and nine copper alloy socketed axeheads. One of the axeheads is missing its blade. Roman and medieval coins and tokens were also found.

1995. Metal detecting finds.
Late Bronze Age hoard of nine socketed axes (Nos. 2 to 10) (one with blade missing), one palstave (No.1).
Two Roman coins.
One medieval penny.
James I farthing token.
