Summary

Fieldwalking and metal detecting at this site failed to find any metal objects but did recover four pieces of Iron Age flint gritted pottery.

1998. Metal detecting and fieldwalking. In small area at edge of field.
Four Iron Age body sherds, flint gritted, moderately hard.
Three are reduced, including one with oxidised exterior. One is oxidised.
No significant metal finds.
