Copper alloy dirk with rivetted butt 1 rivet remaining. (247mm long but once longer) 2 rivet notches at side of butt which is broken but could have had 2 more holes. Domed rivet. ?Thetford Class.
Exhibited Prehistoric Society, June 24 1936. BA index.

Finder marked site July 1970 in Washpit Field between pond and hedge.
