Summary
In 1972 a trench dug here impinged on the western edge of the churchyard of St Gregory. Sherds of medieval Grimston Ware pottery and human bones were found.

1972. North-to-south trench impinging on the west edge of the churchyard of St Gregory.
Grimston Ware and other sherds also human bone found.
