Full Description
1974.
Neck of Bellarmine found behind city wall.
'Only information in accession book says 'found in Bracondale behind City Wall'. As there is only a small stretch of city wall along Bracondale the find spot can be tied down with some degree of accuracy'.
J. Roberts.
This would appear to be the same site as that wrongly called '2 Bracondale, garden to north' - the plot is adjacent to No 3 hence the mistake.
In 1989 pammet floor and well found 600mm below surface. [1].
Note formerly in Norwich general file.
E. Rose (NLA), 12 March 2003.
