Earliest activity 11th/12th century. Post holes suggested division of the site into two large tenements.
13th/14th century possible clay walled building. However settlement did not seem to be very intense.
Late 15th/early 16th century. The site was redivided into three plots.
In the late 16th century the site was now divided into five or more tenements.
18th/19th century. Rebuilding of the street frontage.
The large number of pits on the site produced outstanding groups of 15th century imported stoneware and early 17th century Dutch and English slipwares.
