Summary
In 1973 some Late Saxon pottery sherds, one with rouletting, were recovered in soil heaps from test pits in this area, as well as medieval sherds and post medieval pottery sherds.

1973.
In spoil from test hole and other trenches.
Late Saxon sherds (one with rouletting), medieval sherds and post medieval pottery (including Delft and stoneware). [1]
1974.
Continuation of site but no further material.
