Summary
Excavations in the cellar of this property in 1975 recovered several medieval pottery sherds along with contemporary glass and metalwork. Pottery types identified included Delft, Staffordshire slipware, salt glazed stoneware and lead glazed earthenware.

Full Description
1975. Excavation in cellar on street frontage.
Several sherds, glass and metalwork found, including Delft, Staffordshire slipware, salt glazed stoneware (mostly white) and lead glazed earthenware.
