July 2001. Watching Brief.
Maintained during excavation of new dyke on south side of River Nar. This dyke was a replacement for the Soke Dyke, which was moved as part of the Nar River Improvement works.
A small ditch, two or three fairly large silt-filled features and a few other small features, possibly of natural origin, were observed. No finds were recovered.
