1979. Metal detecting.
Just south of Mile Cross bridge in the Gibraltar Gardens found at end of slipway 15cm (6 inches) into water.
Urnes style openwork bronze book mount of Wilson Catalogue Number 33.
Identified by S. Margeson (NCM) 1979.
