Full Description

1982. Metal detecting.
Sweet Briar Road, opposite May and Baker.
Edward II or III silver coin, a penny, London mint (in two pieces).
Jetton 16th century showing emperor Charles V (legend DOMI SANCTI).
Identified by B.M. (Cambridge Museum) and S.M. Margeson (NCM), September 1982.

1984. Metal detecting.
Two harness sherds, heraldic; square gilded harness pendant with attachment stud.
13th century enamelled buckle-plate.
Circular harness pendant with displayed eagle.
Identified by S. Margeson (NCM), 2 March 1984.
