Summary

A possible Second World War rectangular fenced area is seen as a structure on aerial photographs. The fence is removed by the 1950s and is most likely related to the Second World War Military camp to the east (NHER 34704). The feature could have been used for storage, training or defence around emplacements. The structure is in close proximity to a Second World War hut and is similar to a second possible fenced area to the north (NHER 63051).

A possible Second World War rectangular fenced area is seen as a structure on aerial photographs (S1-S2). The fence is removed by the 1950s (S3) and is most likely related to the Second World War Military camp to the east (NHER 34704). The feature could have been used for storage, training or defence around emplacements. The structure is in close proximity to a Second World War hut and is similar to a second possible fenced area to the North (NHER 63051).
