Full Description
December 2018. Breckland National Mapping Programme.
A possible Second World War fence or wall is seen as a structure on aerial photographs (S1). The structure most likely dates to the Second World War and is in close relation to a large hut and also to further fenced areas to the West (NHER 63043) and the north ( NHER 63051). This feature may have been used for storage, defence, training or surrounding military emplacements. The feature most likely relates to High Ash military camp directly to the east (NHER 34704) and is removed by the 1950s (S2) along with the majority of the military camp features.
