Summary

A building with an 18th century three storey street range and a modern shop-front. The back range is a timber framed house of about 1500 with a contemporary undercroft.

15th century brick undercroft: Large pointed barrel vault with one side chamber in the north wall. In northwest corner is a 15th century brick stair turret, one of two to remain intact in the city.
Building is II* (S1) because of undercroft.
