Summary

In 1989 the base of a medieval pot along with undated human and animal bones were recovered from a small hole in the ground at this location.

All finds reburied.
From small hole about 0.9m x 0.9m x 0.9m (3ft x 3ft x 3ft) deep, about 3.66m (12ft) from Exchange Street and 1.22m (4ft) from No.39.

Further finds of human bones in refurbishment, reburied below floor stated in reference (S1) in file to have been identified by W.Milligan (NCM) though no record yet received from NCM.
