This might be Norfolk Records Office Catalogue Number MS 5348: [An extract on] the road from London to Norwich transcribed by J.G. Muddiman from 'Britannia ...; or an illustration of the kingdom of England and dominion of Wales by a geographical and historical description of the principal roads thereof' by John Ogilby. The actual volume is British Library Shelfmark C.6.d.8. There is a copy in the HES map chests (this might be the extract from the NRO) H. Hamilton (HES), 21 March 2017.
