Description
The dates this notification system was in use is unknown, but it appears as though it may have been contemporary with the Ancient Monument Forms (SNF43), which likely began very early (First scheduling list was produced in 1882) and likely continued until the statutory duty was transferred to Historic England in 1984. The dates for this system will be amended as the collection is examined. This was replaced by more formal correspondence from Historic England.
