Map

Site of landscape parkland and gardens associated with Wroxham House.
(S1) states: 'There are few seats that demand a nicer discrimination than the one now before us. It is a gem after its kind'. The park was noted for its fine timber (oaks, Scots pine, beech and horse chestnut) and its avenue of oak trees towards Wroxham Church in one direction and lime trees towards Wroxham Broad in the other.

The site of the house and park were developed from 1957 onwards, some elements remain, including a former gardener's cottage and walled kitchen garden. The outline of the park is still apparent and the avenues and a number of mature, specimen trees have been retained.
A. Yardy (HES), 9 August 2011.
