Map

Red brick walled garden enclosure of an irregular hexagonal plan. The well near the main gate was reputed to contain a brick dated 1797 while a nearby handpump has a moulded and raised date of 1809 and initials 'JH'.

Garden cottage was built within the former walled garden in 1956 following the dispersal of the Wroxham House estate from 1950 onwards. The original vinery and 2 or 3 glass houses to the west of the walled enclosure were demolished in 1957/8 for the construction of Mulberry House.
