Full Description
Dedication suggests a pre-Danish foundation.
It later belonged to Norwich Priory.
In 1727 it was united to the parish of St Mary in the Marsh, but was soon separated.
In 1492 it was united to St Mary the Less.
In 1530 the church was demolished.
In 1535 the churchyard was leased out to Thomas Godslave who built a house on the site. Site of the church given on 1885 Ordnance Survey map.
One possible wall of the church discovered 1939 on NHER 164; remains from churchyard found on sites NHER 164, 189 and 137?
(S1) stated that churchyard abutted King Street.
